Heartwrenching video that won the Vimeo Awards in 2010

I have watched this short video several times and it always just tears me up. It's a wonderful, heartbreaking view into another person's world for a few moments, a real person person who opens up to vulnerability in a way most of us avoid at all costs. I'm warning you this will probably make you cry, but it's so worth it.
