Amazing talk

If you haven't tapped into Brene Brown's body of work, you're really missing out on some fundamental lessons of life regarding shame and worthiness.

My favorite quote from this talk (it's about 21 minutes and soooooo worth it!) is:

"We get to rewrite the endings of our stories if we're willing to walk into them and own them."

I will own my story today.
I have a deep sense of love and belonging.
I have resilient spirit.
